Username and Password


How do I login?

You can login by entering your Username and Password after clicking the “Login” button at the top of the page. Once you logged in, you will be taken to your “My Page”. It is necessary to login to create a profile, apply for jobs, receive scout emails, and take advantage of other functions.


What is my Username?

Your Username will be the email address that you used when you registered with CareerCross. You need this information and your password when you login.


What happens if I forget my Password?

If you forget your password, please click the login button on the top of the home page. In the dropdown box, please click on the link that says “Forgot your password?”. Input your email address or username and click the "Request Password" button. You will receive an email from us within the next few minutes with a new password. If you don’t receive an email, please check your junk mail folders. We recommend changing your password back to something easy to remember after you login with your new password.


I don’t seem to be able to login with my Username and Password.

Please carefully check your username and password. Passwords are case sensitive, so please be careful of upper and lowercase letters. Also make sure your browser is not automatically filling an old/incorrect password for you. Manually type in (don’t copy & paste) your password and try again. If you still have problems, try resetting your password (see “What happens if I forget my Password?”).


In case you still cannot login:

Please try resetting your password (see “What happens if I forget my Password?”) and try logging in again with your new password.
If you are still having problems, the most likely cause is "cookies’.

To successfully login to CareerCross, your Internet browser must be set to accept cookies.

You may have to restart your browser for settings to take effect. If you are using a browser other than those listed under the "Recommended Browser" section, please check in your browsers preferences or options menu to configure it to accept cookies.
