Send A Mass Response

What is a Mass Response?

The CareerCross "Send Mass Response" feature allows you to respond to multiple applications for a job in  one step.

How to Send a Mass Response:

  1. To select a job, click the box and a list of jobs will appear to scroll through or start typing either the Job ID, Job Title, or Employer Reference in the Select Job field. As you type, a list of matching jobs will appear.
  2. Choose the job you wish and then click "Search for Applications". Applications for that job will be shown in a table. Select as many applications from that table as you would like using the checkboxes on the left, then click "Select Applications".
  3. Next, compose your mass response. Be careful to compose a message that is appropriate for all candidates selected.
    When ready, click "Send" and you will be asked to confirm your message before completing the process.
