What is a Mass Response?
The CareerCross "Send Mass Response" feature allows you to respond to multiple applications for a job in one step.
How to Send a Mass Response:
- To select a job, click the box and a list of jobs will appear to scroll through or start typing either the Job ID, Job Title, or Employer Reference in the Select Job field. As you type, a list of matching jobs will appear.
- Choose the job you wish and then click "Search for Applications". Applications for that job will be shown in a table. Select as many applications from that table as you would like using the checkboxes on the left, then click "Select Applications".
- Next, compose your mass response. Be careful to compose a message that is appropriate for all candidates selected.
When ready, click "Send" and you will be asked to confirm your message before completing the process.
