ノルウェーに本社があり、グローバルに海事IT分野にて活躍するリーディング・カンパニーです。船舶のe-NavigationとPerformanceというニッチ分野にて事業を展開。今回は、Windowsクライアント・オペレーションシステムのネットワーク・トラブルシューティングを中心に、日本およびグローバル顧客の技術的問題解決に関する業務を担っていただきます。
【英語を活かせるテクニカルサポート】
・ 営業・カスタマーサービスチームと協力し、技術的問題の解決が必要な顧客への高度なサポートを提供する
・ ネットワーク、サーバー、ソフトウェアに関するトラブルシューティングを実行し、問題が解決されるようフォローアップする
・ 出張による本船上でのインストレーションやトレーニングを含む、サービス導入過程のサポート業務
・ 輪番制での週末（主にテレワーク）勤務を含む、グローバル・チケットシステムおよび電話でのサポート対応
