Job Description
北海道ニセコにあるリゾートホテルにおいて、フロントデスクをお任せします。
具体的には
1．チェックイン・チェックアウト対応・清算業務
2．宿泊予約内容の確認、ゲストリクエスト対応
3．館内・周辺施設・アクテイビティなどの案内
４．電話・メール対応。他部門との情報共有
５．客室状況・滞在情報の確認、シフト制によるフロント業務全般
