精密機器（携帯電話、タブレット、PCなど）の新規リペアサービスセンターの立ち上げ、およびエンドトゥエンドの運営全般に全責任を負います。グローバルクライアントと強固なパートナーシップを構築・維持しながら、物流、納期（TAT）、レイアウト最適化、およびコスト効率の戦略的設計を主導していただきます。

The Operation Manager will take full responsibility for setting up and directing a new end-to-end repair services center for high-tech consumer electronics (smartphones, tablets, and PCs). This role drives the strategic design of logistics, turnaround time (TAT), layout optimization, and cost-efficiency while maintaining strong business partnerships with global clients.

• 顧客エンゲージメント：グローバルクライアントのオペレーション窓口として、QBR（四半期ビジネスレビュー）の対応、SLA達成度の報告、需要予測・キャパシティ計画の擦り合わせを主導  /  Customer Engagement: Serve as the primary operational point of contact for global clients; lead QBRs, report on SLAs, and align on demand forecasting and volume capacity
• 初期立ち上げと最適化：リペアセンターの作業動線・レイアウト設計、必要設備・工具の導入、ゼロからの持続可能なオペレーション環境の構築  /  Greenfield Setup & Optimization: Design repair center workflow layouts, implement tools/infrastructure, and ensure a scalable operational environment from scratch
• リバースロジスティクス管理：3PLベンダーおよび国内配送業者を統括し、リバースロジスティクスネットワークを最適化。エンドユーザーからセンターまでの総リードタイムを短縮  /  Reverse Logistics Management: Oversee 3PL vendors and local domestic carriers to optimize reverse logistics networks, reducing total turnaround time
• コンプライアンス及び輸出入管理：修理用部品の輸入、Class 9危険物（リチウムイオンバッテリー）を含む規制物資の輸出入における税関対応・法令遵守の徹底  /  Compliance & Import/Export: Ensure compliance with customs regulations for importing spare parts and exporting regulated materials, including Class 9 Dangerous Goods (lithium-ion batteries)
• ピープル＆予算マネジメント：スーパーバイザー・技術スタッフの採用・育成・管理、運営予算（OPEX）および修理部品の適正在庫管理  /  People & Budget Management: Recruit, onboard, and manage supervisors and technicians; control OPEX, budgets, and spare parts inventory

• 経験：製造、ハードウェアリペア、またはリバースロジスティクス／3PL業界における3年以上のオペレーションマネジメント経験。新規拠点の立ち上げ経験があれば尚可  /  Experience: 3+ years in operations management within manufacturing, hardware repair, or reverse logistics/3PL. Greenfield site launch experience highly preferred
• 対顧客経験：グローバル企業を対象としたB2Bクライアントマネジメント、アカウント管理、またはカスタマーサクセスの実績  /  Customer Facing: Proven experience managing B2B client relationships, account management, or customer success for global enterprises
• 語学力：ビジネスレベルの英語力（海外本社・クライアントとの専門的な交渉・プレゼンが可能）、および流暢な日本語力  /  Languages: Business-level English (capable of professional negotiation and presentation with global HQ/clients) and Fluent Japanese
