Job Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Executive to join one of our clients, a well-established chemical principal. This role focuses on sales and business development for personal care ingredients, with strong exposure to both distributors and end users.
RequirementsBachelor’s degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, or other related fields.
At least 3 years of experience in personal care ingredients.
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets within the personal care industry.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Actively develop new business opportunities within the personal care market, with a strong focus on new client acquisition.
Manage the end-to-end sales process, including client visits, proposal preparation, supplier coordination, and follow-up activities.
Achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
Maintain a high standard of customer service through active engagement and collaboration with internal stakeholders.
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging ingredients, and market developments.
