Job Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Executive to join one of our clients, a well-established chemical principal. This role focuses on sales and business development for personal care ingredients, with strong exposure to both distributors and end users.

• Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, or other related fields.

• At least 3 years of experience in personal care ingredients.

• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets within the personal care industry.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

• Actively develop new business opportunities within the personal care market, with a strong focus on new client acquisition.

• Manage the end-to-end sales process, including client visits, proposal preparation, supplier coordination, and follow-up activities.

• Achieve sales targets and drive business growth.

• Maintain a high standard of customer service through active engagement and collaboration with internal stakeholders.

• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging ingredients, and market developments.
