医療機器現場のニーズに基づき、医療機器の研究開発～製造～販売を行う当社において、製造部門全体の統括責任者として、医療機器の安定供給と品質確保を実現しながら、組織・プロセスの高度化を推進いただきます。
下記業務詳細になります。
■製造部門の統括マネジメント
■品質水準の維持/向上（品質保証部門と連携）
■生産計画の策定および進捗管理（需要予測と連携）
■ 製造プロセスの改善（工程効率化、コスト削減、歩留まり解消）
■安全/環境管理およびリスクマネジメント
■新製品立ち上げにおける製造側リードおよび量産化推進
■部門人材の育成/評価/組織開発
