Our client is a prominent European global leader in international logistics, specializing in high-end freight forwarding for luxury brands, pharmaceuticals, and industrial machinery. Key Responsibilities / 主な業務内容
End-to-End Logistics Coordination: Arrange international freight and manage the full lifecycle from customs clearance to final delivery. エンドツーエンドの物流調整: 国際貨物の手配、および通関から最終配送までの全工程の管理。
System Operations: Utilize the CargoWise system for accurate data entry and cargo management. システム操作:CargoWiseシステムを使用した正確なデータ入力および貨物管理。
Global Communication: Liaise with overseas branches and agents via email and phone in English to ensure smooth cargo movement. グローバルコミュニケーション: 海外法人やエージェントと英語(メール・電話)で連携し、スムーズな貨物輸送を実現。
Customer Care: Serve as the primary contact for domestic clients and partner logistics companies (warehouses, trucking, etc.). カスタマーサービス: 国内顧客および物流パートナー企業(倉庫、トラック会社等)とのメイン窓口業務。
Documentation: Prepare essential shipping documents including Arrival Notices, B/L, and customs-related paperwork. 書類作成: Arrival Notice、B/L、通関書類などの主要な船積書類の作成。

Requirements / 応募資格
Industry Experience: Ideally 3+ years of experience in operations or customer service within a Freight Forwarder or NVOCC. 業界経験: フレートフォワーダーまたはNVOCCにおけるオペレーションやカスタマーサービスの実務経験(3年以上が望ましい)。
Language Skills: Business-level English (Reading/Writing required; Speaking preferred) and Native-level Japanese. 語学力: ビジネスレベルの英語(読み書き必須、会話ができれば尚可)およびネイティブレベルの日本語。
Mindset: A strong sense of responsibility, team-oriented, and the ability to proactively address client needs. マインドセット: 強い責任感、チームワークを重視する姿勢、および顧客のニーズに主体的に応える能力。

Conditions & Benefits / 待遇・福利厚生
Monthly Salary: 200,000 JPY – 300,000 JPY (Including 20 hours of overtime). 月給: 200,000円 〜 300,000円(20時間分の固定残業代を含む)。
Bonus: Annual bonus provided (equivalent to 4 months of salary: 2+2). 賞与: あり(年4ヶ月分:2ヶ月+2ヶ月)。
Cargo Focus: High-end brand products, food, machinery, and pharmaceuticals. 取扱商品: ブランド品、食品、機械、医薬品など。
