Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement & Pre-Sales
- Act as a trusted advisor and product expert in client discussions
- Addressing technical questions and objections
- Assessing solution feasibility and cost considerations
- Create compelling client-facing proposals and presentations
Analysis & Planning
- Gather, analyze, and structure client requirements
- Translate business needs into:
- Technical specifications
- Functional requirements
- Define and prioritize requirements in alignment with stakeholders
- Establish project scope, timelines, and key deliverables
Solution Design & Delivery Support
- Design scalable and effective solutions tailored to client needs
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure accurate implementation
- Coordinate onboarding, rollout, and deployment activities
- Support post-go-live success and continuous improvement
