Job Description
・稼働中のロボットのトラブルシューティング、現場対応（修理、点検、教示、改造、仕様変更など）
・顧客およびパートナー企業に対する技術支援およびメインテナンスやトレーニングの提供
・現場作業に必要な技術、手順、安全管理に関するドキュメントの作成
・フィールドエンジニア、パートナー技術者のディスパッチ
・現場対応に必要なスペアパーツの選定と出荷手配
・稼働中のロボットに関するインシデントのレポート
・ロボットの性能・品質やサービスオペレーションに関する改善提案

・ロボット・マテハン機器・電気機器製品のエンジニアリングまたはフィールドサービスの経験
・ロボティックス、コンピューティング、機械、電気に関連するエリアの基本的な技術理解
・7年以上の技術関連職における就労経験
・普通自動車運転免許
【歓迎要件】
・遠隔での顧客技術サポートの経験
・ロボット関連のエンジニアリング、技術サービスの経験
・ロボット・マテハン導入における電気・ネットワーク・建屋工事等に関連する経験
・産業用ロボットの教示および検査に関する特別教育受講済
・電気工事士資格（認定電気工事従事者または第一種電気工事士）
・リスクアセスメント・安全管理に関する知識
