採用担当者（Recruiter）として、各プロジェクトの採用を担当していただきます。
既存のプロジェクトの他にも、新規プロジェクトが開始した際には新しい求人広告の選定やリサーチ、求人会社とのミーティングから、通常業務の書類選考～面接～内定まで一通りの採用活動を行っていただきます。
⚫ 候補者対応：書類選考～面接～内定
⚫ 各プロジェクトと密にやり取りを行い、採用条件のヒアリング
⚫ 採用計画をもとに母集団形成
⚫ 内定後の候補者へのフォローアップ
⚫ 応募者の選考進捗管理
⚫ 競合他社のリサーチ

| Hourly Rate | 月給：300,000 円～350,000円 ※残業代は全額支給 昇給・昇格制度あり 正社員登用制度あり |
| Work Hours | 9:00～18:00（実働8時間、休憩60分） ハイブリッド勤務(在宅＋必要に応じて出社) |
