Job Description
■業務内容
(１)新業態の開発・展開
・各国の市場調査、トレンド分析をもとにした新業態の立案・企画
・パートナー企業・現地法人と連携した店舗モデルの構築
・現地文化・嗜好に合わせた業態ローカライズの推進
(２) 商品開発
・新メニューや商品の企画・開発・テストマーケティングの実施
・食材調達・品質管理基準の策定
・日本本社、各国法人と連携したブランド価値の維持、差別化
(３)物流網構築・SCM体制強化
・各国における調達・輸送体制の整備と最適化
・現地パートナー・業者とのネットワーク構築
・コスト管理と品質確保の両立を目指したSCM戦略立案
(４)担当国の既存店舗管理・日本本社との連携
・担当国の店舗経営管理・スタッフの育成・指導・評価
・日本本社（日本人上司）への定期報告
