業務内容：
・チームのアドバイザーからのエスカレーションに対応、解決
・チームのアドバイザーのパフォーマンスの評価、KPI の管理
・チームのアドバイザーのスキル開発や勤怠を含むマネジメント
・社内外の会議への出席、資料作成
・システム問題、予期せぬ膨大な数のインバウンドコール対応、などの特別な問題の即時報告
・必要に応じて、上長によって割り当てられた他の関連する義務および課題の実行

【必須】
・ コンタクトセンターで 1 年以上の SV 業務経験
・プライバシーの確保が出来る静かな作業環境
・ ワークステーション（デスク＆イス）
・光回線もしくは弊社の基準値を満たしているケーブルテレビ回線（有線 LAN の接続可能な環境）
・ビジネスレベルの英語力（CEFER: B2 以上）
・日本語ネイティブレベル
・Microsoft Office の基本的な操作

Work Conditions

| Hourly Rate | 月給：33 万～37万円（スキルによる）＋残業代全額支給 昇給・昇格制度あり（勤続年数の制限なし） |
| Work Hours | 7:00～23:00のシフト制（実働8時間、休憩60分）土日祝を含む週5日勤務 ※すべてのシフトに対応可能な方歓迎 |
