【業務内容】
・各種社会保険の手続き(健康保険、厚生年金、雇用保険等)
・入退職、異動、休職、人事発令にともなう手続
・勤怠管理と給与計算(従業員数400名程度)
・各種申告・届出対応(36協定の締結、高齢・障害雇用状況報告、労使協定の締結 等)
・健康管理全般(健診、予防接種、安全衛生委員会の実施、ストレスチェックの実施 等)
・休職者の対応
