ピュアサーモンジャパンでは、サーモン養殖施設における日々の飼育業務とチームを管理するFarming Supervisorを募集しています。

給餌、魚の健康・福祉、水質および飼育環境の管理を通じて、安定した生産と生産目標の達成を支えるポジションです。スタッフの指導、作業計画の実行、記録管理、業務改善を担い、責任ある持続可能な養殖を推進していただきます。

【主な業務内容】

■ 日常の養殖業務管理
・給餌、魚の健康状態の確認、設備・施設の維持管理など、日々の養殖業務を監督
・作業を調整し、安定的かつ効率的な業務遂行を確保
・魚の健康、設備、施設に関する問題を把握し、担当マネージャーや関係チームへ報告

■ 魚の健康・水質・給餌管理
・水質、飼育環境、給餌状況を確認し、魚の成長、健康、福祉を維持
・サーモンの生物学的特性、栄養、健康管理に配慮した飼育業務を実施
・魚の状態や環境数値が通常の範囲から外れた際の迅速な対応を支援

■ 生産計画・実績管理
・生産計画とスケジュールを実行し、生産目標の達成と資源の効率的な活用を推進
・生産、魚の健康、日々の業務に関する記録を正確に管理
・飼育実績を確認し、生産目標に影響する事項を報告・共有

■ チームマネジメント・シフト業務
・日常業務および担当シフトにおける飼育スタッフの指導・管理
・採用、教育、勤務スケジュールの作成、人事評価を支援
・明確な業務指示と円滑なチーム内コミュニケーションを実施

■ 手順・法令遵守
・養殖事業に適用される法令および業界基準の遵守を徹底
・飼育方針や作業手順の策定・導入を支援
・責任ある持続可能な養殖を日々の業務で推進

■ 継続的改善・関係者との連携
・養殖業務を継続的に見直し、持続可能性、効率性、収益性の改善機会を特定
・マネージャー、スタッフ、その他の関係者と円滑に連携
・養殖場全体のチームと協力し、安定した操業を支援

【Job Summary】

Pure Salmon Japan is seeking a Farming Supervisor to manage daily operations and supervise farming personnel at our salmon aquaculture facility.

The role supports fish health and welfare and the achievement of production targets through effective management of feeding, water quality, environmental conditions and resources. You will supervise staff, implement production plans, maintain accurate records and promote continuous improvement and responsible, sustainable farming practices.

【Key Responsibilities】

■ Daily Farming Operations
・Oversee daily farming activities, including feeding, fish health monitoring, and the upkeep of equipment and facilities.
・Coordinate operational tasks to ensure consistent and efficient execution.
・Identify and communicate fish health, equipment and facility issues to the appropriate managers and teams.

■ Fish Health, Water Quality and Feeding
・Monitor water quality, environmental conditions and feeding regimes to support fish growth, health and welfare.
・Ensure farming activities reflect appropriate knowledge of salmon biology, nutrition and health management.
・Support timely responses when fish condition or environmental parameters deviate from expected conditions.

■ Production Planning and Performance
・Implement production plans and schedules to meet targets and use resources efficiently.
・Maintain accurate production, fish health and operational records.
・Monitor farming performance and communicate operational matters affecting production targets.

■ Team Leadership and Shift Operations
・Supervise farming personnel during daily operations and assigned shifts.
・Support hiring, training, work scheduling and performance evaluations.
・Provide clear direction and maintain effective communication within the team.

■ Procedures, Compliance and Responsible Farming
・Ensure compliance with applicable aquaculture regulations and industry standards.
・Assist in developing and implementing farming policies and procedures.
・Promote responsible and sustainable aquaculture practices throughout daily operations.

■ Continuous Improvement and Coordination
・Evaluate farming operations and identify opportunities to improve sustainability, efficiency and profitability.
・Maintain effective communication with farm managers, staff and other stakeholders.
・Collaborate with the wider farm team to support consistent operational performance.

【スキル・資格 / Skills and Qualifications】

【必須条件】
・サーモンの閉鎖循環式陸上養殖（RAS）を中心とした、水産養殖の生産現場における3～5年の実務経験
・チームの監督・管理経験
・サーモンの生物学、栄養、健康管理に関する十分な知識
・養殖に関連する法令および業界基準の知識
・Microsoft 365などの基本的なPCスキル、および統計分析の基礎知識
・シフト勤務を含む、変化の多い現場環境に対応できること
・責任ある持続可能な養殖に取り組む意欲

【歓迎条件】
・水産養殖、水産学、海洋生物学、または関連分野の学士号

【Required Qualifications】
・3–5 years of experience in aquaculture production, with a focus on salmon RAS farming.
・Proven experience supervising and managing a team.
・Strong knowledge of salmon biology, nutrition and health management.
・Knowledge of relevant aquaculture regulations and industry standards.
・Basic proficiency in Microsoft 365 and statistical analysis.
・Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, including shifts.
・Commitment to sustainable and responsible aquaculture practices.

【Preferred Qualifications】
・Bachelor’s degree in Aquaculture, Fisheries, Marine Biology or a related field.
