大規模な都市開発プロジェクトを推進する企業において、日系企業や社内メンバーとの橋渡し役として活躍いただくポジションです。日本人のお客様対応だけでなく、多国籍な環境の中で社内外の関係者と連携しながら円滑なコミュニケーションを支える重要な役割を担います。幅広い関係者と関わりながら、街づくりに関わる事業を支援できるやりがいのある環境です。
入居企業からの問い合わせ対応およびフォローアップ
入居企業から寄せられる各種クレームへの対応
社内関係部署との調整および連携
日系企業と社内スタッフのコミュニケーションサポート
社内外の関係者との円滑な関係構築
営業経験をお持ちの方
英語またはインドネシア語でコミュニケーションが取れる方
社内外の関係者と円滑にコミュニケーションを図れる方
調整力や折衝力を活かして業務に取り組める方
顧客対応を通じて信頼関係を構築できる方
月給 IDR 30,000,000～35,000,000（手取り）
