Job Description
Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve business targets.
Manage and expand relationships with existing and potential customers.
Lead, coach, and monitor team performance to ensure business objectives are met.
Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to support business growth.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and business plans.
Drive continuous improvement and identify innovative business opportunities.
Bachelor's Degree in any major.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales or Marketing, including team leadership experience.
Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
Able to work independently, plan initiatives, and execute them effectively.
Target-oriented with strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Proven leadership and delegation capabilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Team player with a proactive attitude.
Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
