Job Description
- Ensure daily shipment/operation executed well
- Make sure all goods receipt, storing and delivery in each regional DCs have been executed well in line with group quality and food safety requirement
- Follow the company strategy to develop the relationship with 3PL and continue to improve the productivity, operation and cost efficiency
- Work with each logistics supplier for continued improvement through KPI management
- Handle the invoice of each WH and related the logistic supplier to make sure there is no delay for invoice and payment and all data are correct
- Attend DC Audits (both internally and externally) and Annual Inventory Count
- Manage 3PM (3rd Party Manufacturer) both international and domestic for logistics operation, such as performance, quality and costs
- Manage international transportation (import/export) operation for overseas’ 3PM (3rd Party Manufacturer) and customer delivery, working closely with the selected forwarder

Required Skills
Experience of Warehouse management or local transport management (more than 3years)
Experience in logistics cost analysis and management
Experience executing logistics / logistics improvement projects
Intermediate level of Excel skill
Intermediate level of Power point skill
Import/Export forwarding experience /forwarder management(preferred)
SAP (ERP) process knowledge(preferred)
