グローバルコンサルティング企業にて日本法人向けの社内ITサポート業務を担当
日本法人社員からの社内問い合わせ対応（主にIT関連）
電話・チケットベースでの一次対応（ITシステム、デバイス、アプリケーション等）
ナレッジベースに基づく切り分けおよび適切なエスカレーション
問い合わせ傾向の分析・レポーティング、業務改善への参画
緊急対応プロセスへの参加
その他アドホック業務

英語：ビジネス～ネイティブレベル

CMSでの編集経験がある方歓迎
高いコミュニケーション能力、顧客対応力
