Job Description
北海道ニセコにあるリゾートホテルにおいて、予約スタッフの募集です。
具体的には
１．電話・メール・OTAなどからの予約受付、変更、キャンセル対応
２．宿泊プラン/料金・空室状況の確認、在庫管理サポート
３．FIT団体予約の入力。確認。ゲストリクエストの共有
４．旅行会社・OTA 社内関係部署との連絡調整
５．予約データ管理・レポート作成、宿泊部門との情報連携
