Job Description

One of Japan's larger IT Trading System provider is looking for an Associate IT Project Manager. As an Associate IT Project Manager, you will oversee the end-to-end execution of both application development and infrastructure projects. This role requires close coordination with cross-functional teams, including developers, infrastructure engineers, clients, vendors, and business stakeholders. You will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects aligned with company priorities, compliance requirements, and operational goals.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the full project lifecycle for IT initiatives, including trading applications, infrastructure upgrades, and internal systems
- Coordinate between business units, internal IT teams, clients, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution
- Maintain detailed project plans, timelines, risk registers, and status reports
- Drive project delivery using Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies, depending on the project nature
- Monitor project scope, budget, and resources, ensuring timely escalation of issues when required
- Ensure adherence to IT policies, including project management, security, change management, and regulatory standards
- Conduct periodic evaluation of project risks and issues, and ensure prompt escalation to stakeholders and leadership when necessary
- Support post-project evaluations and knowledge-sharing documentation

Working Hours: 8:30- 17:30, M-F
Working Style: Basically Work in office (Work from home : 1 day/w )

Required Skills


- 2+ years of experience in IT project management
- Strong understanding of project lifecycle management for both applications and infrastructure
- Working knowledge of Scrum and Waterfall project management methodologies
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively
- Strong resourcefulness and problem-solving skills—demonstrated ability to adapt to changing circumstances
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects under tight deadlines
