Responsibilities
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns for users and drivers.
- Drive user/driver acquisition, retention, and engagement.
- Manage campaigns end-to-end, from testing and creative development to performance reporting.
- Optimize communications across app, email, social media, and other channels.
- Analyze customer segments, track KPIs, and monitor competitors.
