Marketing Executive / Specialist

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns for users and drivers.
• Drive user/driver acquisition, retention, and engagement.
• Manage campaigns end-to-end, from testing and creative development to performance reporting.
• Optimize communications across app, email, social media, and other channels.
• Analyze customer segments, track KPIs, and monitor competitors.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts.

Requirements

• 3+ years of digital and offline marketing experience.
• Business-level Japanese and English communication skills.
• Experience with Google Analytics and CRM/CMS tools (e.g., HubSpot).
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Preferred

• Experience in startups, logistics, or platform businesses.
• Background in project coordination, production, or copywriting.
• Experience working in multicultural, international environments.
