主な責任:

• 会社の借入金と返済を管理および監視する
• キャッシュフロープランを開発し実施する
• 金融機関とのリース契約を交渉する
• 管理財務報告書を作成し分析する
• リース資産を含む固定資産管理を監督する
• 財務監査および決算プロセスを主導する
• 財務戦略の開発と実施を支援する

要件:

• 上場企業またはIPO準備企業での3年以上の財務管理経験（必須）
• ビジネスレベルの日本語能力（必須）
• 機関との財務交渉の経験（必須）
• データ分析のためのExcelの熟練度（必須）
• 月次および年次の財務締めプロセスの理解（必須）
