同社のグローバル財務部に所属頂き、米国海外生産拠点の会計のリエゾンをご担当いただきます。
■役割
経営方針を咀嚼し拠点運営へ落とし込む。
拠点運営の進捗・課題について日本側へのレポート。
ガバナンス意識の強化促進。
■業務内容
・収益管理：生販確認・費用予算策定・原価管理・予算管理
・税務：移転価格文書・税務調査対応
・資金管理：入出金スケジュール確認、借入・貸付、配当（税務署折衝等）
・監査対応：会計監査、内部監査、税務調査
・財務：キャッシュマネジメントの改善推進
・日本へのレポーティング

米州拠点3ヶ所：総勢1 300名規模
