◆About the Role
このポジションは、プログラム管理チームにおける重要なリーダーシップの役割です。ディレクターは、チームの構築とリーダーシップ、および製品開発の様々な側面において豊富な専門知識を有しています。プログラム管理ディレクターは、顧客グループ内のすべてのプログラムとプロジェクトを、プロセス要件、品質目標、予算収益性に沿って期日通りに納品し、顧客と当社の期待に応える責任を負います。また、プログラムに関連するエンジニアリング製品の品質問題の特定と解決も担当します。目標設定、従業員評価、懲戒処分といった正式な管理機能に加え、メンター、コーチ、マネージャー、チームリーダーといった重要な役割を担って頂きます。
