Position: Electrical Manager
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
At least 5–10 years of experience in electrical engineering, maintenance, or project management.
Experience in leading and supervising a team.
Good knowledge of electrical systems, equipment, and safety standards.
Ability to analyze and solve technical problems.
Good planning and organizational skills.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Able to use Microsoft Office and basic engineering software.
Good command of English, both spoken and written (preferred).
Job description:
Manage and supervise all electrical engineering and maintenance activities.
Ensure electrical systems and equipment operate safely and efficiently.
Plan, organize, and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance work.
Lead, guide, and support the electrical team in daily operations.
Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed on time and within budget.
Coordinate with other departments, contractors, and suppliers when required.
Ensure compliance with company policies, electrical standards, and safety regulations.
Investigate electrical issues and implement corrective actions.
Prepare maintenance reports, work schedules, and performance records.
Control maintenance costs and manage spare parts and equipment requirements.
Support continuous improvement activities to improve system reliability and efficiency.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
