Job Description
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering or related field.
7–10+ years in telecom operations, with at least 3 years in leadership/management role..
Proven experience leading teams and managing projects.
Experience managing multi-vendor and cloud-native telecom infrastructure.
Knowledge of network monitoring, automation, and observability tools.
Strong decision-making and problem-solving capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee 24/7 monitoring of Open RAN network performance via SMO/NMS tools.
Ensure timely detection, escalation, and resolution of network incidents.
Manage operational KPIs: availability, latency, throughput, call drop rate, handover success.
Identify or to propose potential upsell for any changes/scope variations
Lead root cause analysis for major incidents and recurring issues
Ensure proper version control and lifecycle tracking of network elements.
