店舗運営全般の管理
売上向上に向けた施策の実行および優れた顧客体験の提供
スタッフの育成・指導・マネジメント
商品管理、在庫管理、売場づくりを含む店舗オペレーションの管理
店舗目標の達成に向けた取り組みと、高いオペレーション品質の維持
