■業務内容
ドール社内における各種インフラ（サーバー／ネットワーク/ヘルプデスク）の運用・保守全体に責任を持つ立場として安定運用の維持および継続的な改善を推進いただきます。
■主な業務内容
・社内サーバー環境（Windows Server 等）の運用・保守管理
（日常的な運用対応、障害発生時対応、障害発生時の一次対応及びベンダーと協業）
・社内ネットワーク環境（WAN／LAN）の運用および維持管理
（障害発生時の一次切り分け、通信影響の整理およびベンダーとの対応方針調整・協業）
・外部ベンダーを活用したインフラ運用における作業指示、内容確認およびスケジュール調整
（社内要件の整理、技術的前提を踏まえた作業依頼、進捗および実施内容の確認）
・社内ヘルプデスク管理対応
（協力会社への対応指示および対応状況の管理）
・グローバルインフラチームとの協業および情報連携
（プロジェクト協業、国内環境への影響整理およびベンダーへの情報展開）

Required Skills
【必須】
・ITインフラ（サーバーまたはネットワーク）の運用担当としての実務経験（３年以上）
・サーバー担当、またはネットワーク担当として特定領域を任され、日常運用・障害対応の意思決定を行ってきた経験
【歓迎】
・英語による業務上のコミュニケーション能力（会議・メール・Teamsチャット等） ※意欲重視
