Job Description
電子・機械部品の受託製造を手掛けるグローバルメーカーにて、製造部門管理者（生産技術）の募集です。
金型製作、金属プレス、樹脂成形、基板実装、組立までを一貫して担う製造企業です。自動車・電機・家電業界向け製品の生産を展開しており、海外にも複数の生産拠点を保有しています。
本ポジションは、本社で製造技術や金型管理業務を習得した後、海外工場の製造部門管理者として活躍いただくことを期待されています。技術力を活かしながら、グローバル環境で現場改善や人材育成に携わることができるポジションです。
職務内容顧客との技術打合せ（デザインレビュー）および仕様検討
金型の手配・進捗・品質・コスト管理
海外工場への技術支援および新規金型立上げサポート
樹脂成形工程の管理、成形条件設定および品質・精度管理
現地サプライヤーへの外注管理
ローカルスタッフへの技術指導および人材育成
製造部門全体のマネジメント業務
英語での日常会話が可能な方
以下いずれかの経験をお持ちの方
射出成形における成形条件設定や精度管理の経験
金型の組立、仕上げ、調整の経験
海外勤務経験
製造現場におけるマネジメント経験
技術指導や人材育成の経験
年俸制（500万円～800万円程度、経験に応じて決定）
昇給年1回
