Job Description
Develop and expand business opportunities with Japanese companies seeking Indonesian and Vietnamese workers.
Conduct business development activities through calls, emails, online meetings, and networking.
Build and maintain strong relationships with Japanese clients and partners.
Identify hiring needs and propose suitable manpower solutions.
Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth recruitment and deployment processes.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities in Japan.
Support business trips to Japan when required.
Contribute to the development and growth of the company's Indonesian operations.
Business-level Japanese communication skills (JLPT N2).
Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition.
Strong ability to build relationships with Japanese clients.
Understanding of Japan-related recruitment or manpower sending business is an advantage.
Ambitious, self-driven, and willing to travel to Japan when required.
