- 国内のリテール部門における採用業務全般
- HRディレクターと連携した採用戦略の企画・実行
- 中長期的な採用に向けたタレントパイプラインの構築・管理
- 入社手続き、オンボーディング、HRオペレーションのサポート
- 採用ブランディング施策（イベント・キャンパス採用など）の企画運営
