本ポジションは、動画配信・デジタルメディア領域におけるアプリケーションサポートを担当し、顧客の技術課題解決を支援します。日本語・英語の両方を用いたコミュニケーションを通じて、運用の安定化とユーザー体験向上に貢献いただきます。

職務内容
- アプリケーションに関する技術サポート（障害対応・トラブルシューティング）
- 顧客からの問い合わせ対応（日本語・英語）
- 問題の再現、原因調査、およびエンジニアリングチームへのエスカレーション
- サービス品質改善に向けたフィードバック提供
- ドキュメント作成（ナレッジベース、手順書など）
- 海外チームとの定期的なコミュニケーション・連携
