・工場運営全般

 -現地社員のマネジメント

 -生産・品質管理 

 -組織としての課題抽出・改善など

・税務監査等のベトナム当局への対応

・日本側との調整業務

■応募要件■

・ベトナム国内における工場⾧経験

・ベトナム当局への対応経験

・英語力:日常～ビジネスレベル

 

■歓迎要件■

・ベトナムでの工場設立経験

・ベトナム文化への理解がある方

 

■オファー内容（勤務条件）■

基本給（年収）:600 万円前後を想定(応相談)

住宅:会社全額負担（8～9 万円/月）

 

■勤務時間■

勤務時間:7:30～16:30

休日:隔週土曜＋日曜+祝日
