Job Description
Our client, a leading Japanese automotive fastener manufacturing company, is seeking an experienced Export-Import Supervisor to oversee trade operations and ensure customs compliance.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Oversee daily EXIM operations and customs documentation (PIB, PEB)
✅ Ensure compliance with Indonesian trade regulations and policies
✅ Coordinate with freight forwarders, brokers, and shipping lines
✅ Align shipment schedules with Production Control team
✅ Lead and develop EXIM team members
Requirements
✅ Bachelor's degree (S1) in any field
✅ Min. 4~7 years experience in metal/steel processing manufacturing
✅ Solid understanding of Indonesian customs regulations
✅ Familiar with SIINAS, OSS, and INSW systems
✅ Active English (required), Japanese is a plus
✅ EXIM certification/training is an advantage
✅ Strong leadership and attention to detail
