経営幹部候補として、営業戦略の推進と組織マネジメントの両面から事業成長を牽引できる、非常にやりがいのあるポジションです。
■職務内容
・営業およびマーケティング活動全般（リード獲得、顧客訪問、販促施策の企画・実行）
・クライアントのITに関する課題・ニーズのヒアリング
・ITソリューション導入に向けた提案および動機付け
・営業部門のマネジメント（人材育成、組織運営、業務構築）
・最新のITトレンド・ソリューションのキャッチアップ
■応募要件
・法人営業、マーケティング、新規事業企画などの実務経験
・IT業界（SIer、ソフトウェアベンダー等）または関連分野での営業・企画経験
・チームリーダーやプロジェクトマネージャー等のマネジメント経験
・英語でのビジネスコミュニケーションが可能な方（社内共通言語）
・顧客との関係構築に積極的に取り組める方（会食・交流の場を含む）
・課題解決志向が高く、主体的に行動できる方
・多様な文化環境において円滑にコミュニケーションが取れる方

・給与：月額IDR 40,000,000以上（応相談）
