ERP Functional Consultant
Work Location: Jakarta / Cikarang (Depends your domicile!)
Job Description:
As an ERP Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for supporting ERP implementation projects from requirement analysis through post‑implementation support, working closely with business users and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Gather and analyze business requirements by working closely with stakeholders.
Conduct interviews and fit/gap analysis sessions.
Prepare and maintain issue lists, as‑is and to‑be process flow documents.
Propose solutions and resolutions for identified gaps.
Configure ERP modules based on business processes.
Collaborate with technical teams to customize systems when required.
Support ERP implementation activities including data migration and system testing (UAT & SIT).
Develop user manuals and training materials.
Conduct training sessions and provide post‑implementation support to end users.
Identify opportunities for business process improvements and implement optimization initiatives.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree (S1/D4) in Engineering, Production Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields.
2–5 years of experience as an ERP consultant, ERP system implementer, or in a related role.
Good understanding of ERP systems and manufacturing industry processes.
Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and documentation skills.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work independently and in a team.
Proficiency in English communication.
Professional attitude and ability to remain composed in complex situations.
Ability to communicate in Japanese is a plus, but not mandatory.
Knowledgeable in manufacturing accounting and cost management modules will be an adventage.
