ERP Functional Consultant

Job Description:
As an ERP Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for supporting ERP implementation projects from requirement analysis through post‑implementation support, working closely with business users and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze business requirements by working closely with stakeholders.

• Conduct interviews and fit/gap analysis sessions.

• Prepare and maintain issue lists, as‑is and to‑be process flow documents.

• Propose solutions and resolutions for identified gaps.

• Configure ERP modules based on business processes.

• Collaborate with technical teams to customize systems when required.

• Support ERP implementation activities including data migration and system testing (UAT & SIT).

• Develop user manuals and training materials.

• Conduct training sessions and provide post‑implementation support to end users.

• Identify opportunities for business process improvements and implement optimization initiatives.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (S1/D4) in Engineering, Production Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields.

• 2–5 years of experience as an ERP consultant, ERP system implementer, or in a related role.

• Good understanding of ERP systems and manufacturing industry processes.

• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and documentation skills.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work independently and in a team.

• Proficiency in English communication.

• Professional attitude and ability to remain composed in complex situations.

• Ability to communicate in Japanese is a plus, but not mandatory.

• Knowledgeable in manufacturing accounting and cost management modules will be an adventage.
