長期滞在者や出張者向けに、居住空間そのものだけでなく、暮らしの「体験価値」を大切にしたサービスを提供している企業です。

本ポジションは、単なるイベント運営にとどまらず、レジデンス全体の価値を高め、入居者満足度とエンゲージメントを向上させる、非常に重要でやりがいのある役割です。
職務内容
・週次、月次、年間で行われる入居者向けイベントの企画・運営
・入居者同士の交流を促進するためのコミュニティ形成施策の立案・実行
・SNSを活用した情報発信、コンテンツ企画、ブランドイメージの管理
・ゴルフを含む各種アクティビティの企画および運営
・イベントに関わる収益およびコストの管理、予算管理
・フロント、ゲストリレーション、営業部門など社内関係者との連携
・イベント会社、講師、飲食関連など外部パートナーの選定・調整・交渉
応募要件
・Word、Excel、PowerPointなど基本的なPCスキル
・イベント企画、運営、またはそれに類する業務への関心や経験
・社内コミュニケーションで使用可能な英語力
・人を巻き込みながら物事を進めることが得意な方
・フットワークが軽く、主体的に行動できる方
・ホスピタリティ精神を持ち、顧客体験の向上に意欲的な方
・ゴルフを含むアクティビティに抵抗がない方（経験不問）
