Position: Factory Manager
Salary: 100,000 – 120,000 THB / month
Welfares: Bonus, PVF, Housing, COLA, and others
Location: Amata City, Rayong
Working Day: Monday to Friday
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage press and stamping operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and compliance with automotive standards.
Develop production schedules, allocate resources, and monitor KPIs to meet cost, quality, and delivery targets.
Implement ISO/IATF standards, oversee quality audits, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Supervise and mentor staff, manage workforce of 200–300 employees, and foster a culture of accountability.
Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, and supply chain teams to resolve technical issues and optimize processes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Production Engineering.
Extensive background in press and stamping operations within automotive manufacturing.
Minimum 10–15 years in manufacturing, with at least 5 years in senior management.
Deep knowledge of stamping presses, die maintenance, and tooling.
Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and TPS systems.
Strong English communication.
Proven ability to lead large teams, manage under pressure, and deliver operational improvements.
