Position:                                   Factory Manager

Salary:                                     100,000 – 120,000 THB / month

Welfares:                                  Bonus, PVF, Housing, COLA, and others                    

Location:                                   Amata City, Rayong

Working Day:                           Monday to Friday 

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage press and stamping operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and compliance with automotive standards.

• Develop production schedules, allocate resources, and monitor KPIs to meet cost, quality, and delivery targets.

• Implement ISO/IATF standards, oversee quality audits, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

• Supervise and mentor staff, manage workforce of 200–300 employees, and foster a culture of accountability.

• Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, and supply chain teams to resolve technical issues and optimize processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Production Engineering.

• Extensive background in press and stamping operations within automotive manufacturing.

• Minimum 10–15 years in manufacturing, with at least 5 years in senior management.

• Deep knowledge of stamping presses, die maintenance, and tooling.

• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and TPS systems.

• Strong English communication.

• Proven ability to lead large teams, manage under pressure, and deliver operational improvements.
