- デスクトップ、ラップトップ、電話、プリンター、周辺機器、モバイル機器のセットアップとメンテナンス。WindowsおよびAppleプラットフォーム。
- 担当拠点におけるハードウェアの在庫管理
- 新規ユーザーへのハードウェア、ソフトウェア、アカウントセットアップの提供
- 様々な技術的問題のトラブルシューティングと解決
- 従業員との直接の面談、電話や電子メールによる優れたコミュニケーションと顧客サービスの提供
- IT運用プロセスの開発と文書化
- 新しい機器の納品と受領の促進
- 見積もり、支払い、納品に関するベンダーとの調整
- ノートパソコンの配備を割り当てる
- ユーザーからの問い合わせ対応
- 書類のファイリング
- データ通信トランザクション、問題の記録管理
- ポケットWIFIの配備とトラブルシューティングの処理
- 請求書管理
- アセットタグ作成 - チームへのPO/PR作成
- 保守契約の管理と監視
- 記録の更新、レポートや提案書の作成
Responsibilities:
• Setup and maintenance of desktops, laptops, phones, printers, peripherals, and mobile devices. Windows and Apple platforms.
• Maintain hardware inventory at assigned locations
• Provision new users with hardware, software and account setup
• Troubleshoot and resolve a variety of technical problems
• Provide great communication and customer service to company employees, in person and through phone calls and emails
• Develop and document IT operational processes
• Facilitate delivery and receiving of new equipment
• Coordinate with the vendor regarding quotation, payments and delivery concerns,
• Assign laptop deployment
• Handle user/s concerns
• Documents filing
• Maintain record data communication transactions, problem
• Handles deployment and troubleshooting of Pocket WIFI
• Billing management
• Asset Tagging creation • Creating PO/PR for teams
• Manages and monitors Maintenance Agreements
• Update records and create reports or proposal

- ITILの知識と認定をお持ちの方
- 2~3年の関連業務経験

Qualifications:
• ITIL knowledge and certification preferred
• 2-3 years of related experience
