Intersoft Story

INTERSOFT is born out of combining ‘INTER’ from international and ‘SOFT’ from software. The philosophy behind this name was to have international people writing software based on multinational logic.

Building upon the initial hard work of a few individuals as a start-up 18 years ago, Intersoft gained greater traction in the Application Development and Maintenance (ADM) as well as Infrastructure Managed Services (IMS) locally in Tokyo which rapidly grew globally in a span of two decades across a number of multiple countries and cities. Now Intersoft is busy transitioning its focus on Robotics Process Automation (RPA) as well as IoT, Blockchain and Cloud Computing solutions.

Originally, Intersoft started with the aim of developing a team of bilingual Japanese/English speaking software and infrastructure engineers and then it expanded into Korean and Mandarin speaking teams. Intersoft has now become a mini United Nations representing staff from over 20 countries ranging from Europe, Asia, North and South America.
