Our client, a Japanese AI company, is seeking a Head of Strategy to lead the design and execution of company-wide strategies. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with the executive team, integrating capital, business, and product strategies for global expansion. Candidates will benefit from engaging in strategic leadership with a global marketing impact.


Key Responsibilities:


- Integrate capital, business, and product strategies
- Translate strategies into actionable plans
- Lead corporate actions like M&A and joint ventures
- Develop global market entry strategies
- Plan and support strategic fundraising initiatives
- Coordinate strategy execution with relevant departments
- Communicate with stakeholders and prepare materials


Qualifications:


- 5+ years in strategy formulation and execution in global corporations
- Practical experience in financial modeling
- Direct involvement with executives in decision-making
- Business-level English or higher
- Experience with AI or technology sector is preferred but not mandatory
- Experience in M&A, joint ventures, or business partnerships is preferred but not mandatory
