職務内容
■ 採用・組織立ち上げ
- 採用戦略の立案および実行（中途・新卒含む）
- 開業に向けた組織構築およびHRチーム立ち上げ
- 採用プロセス全体の管理（ソーシング〜オンボーディング）
■ 人事業務全般
- 人事オペレーション全体の管理
- 各種人事制度・プロセスの整備および運用
- 従業員関係（ER）対応、現場サポート
■ ステークホルダー連携
- HR Directorおよび本社HRとの連携
- オープニングに向けた各部門との調整・支援
