営業部（MP2部門）に所属し、海外メーカー製の産業用デジタル印刷機械の据付・保守・技術サポートを担当いただきます。事業拡大のための増員です。
お客様は大手印刷会社や製造メーカーが中心です。
主な業務内容
• 新規導入機械の据付・立上げ・調整
• 海外メーカーエンジニアとの共同作業
• 機械トラブルの診断・原因分析・修理対応
• ハードウェア・ソフトウェアの不具合調査
• 顧客への予防保全・改善提案
• 技術資料の確認および技術知識の習得
• 海外メーカーおよびドイツ本社との技術連携（主にメール）
• 顧客への技術サポート・問い合わせ対応
取り扱い製品
• デジタルインクジェット印刷機
• フレキソ印刷機
• セキュリティ印刷関連設備
• 周辺機器・消耗品・交換部品
国内出張あり
• 日帰り～最大2週間程度
• 月数回程度

• 日本語N1レベル以上（顧客との技術的なコミュニケーションが可能な方）
• フィールドサービスエンジニア経験3年以上
• 産業機械・工作機械・製造設備などの保守経験
• 基本的なIT知識（ハードウェア・ソフトウェア・ネットワーク）
• 普通自動車運転免許
• 高卒以上

• 電気回路図が読める方
• PLCや産業用ネットワークの知識
• 英語でのメール対応経験
