Our client, a company in the consumer electronics or home appliances industry, is seeking an HRBP to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to shape HR strategies and drive organizational change within a dynamic industry.


Key Responsibilities:

- Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts
- Implement talent management strategies
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Utilize HRIS systems like Workday or SAP
- Develop HR policies for consumer electronics industry
- Facilitate communication between management and employees


Qualifications:

- 5+ years of HR experience in consumer electronics industry
- Experience with HRIS systems like Workday or SAP
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Experience in talent management and employee relations
- Ability to communicate effectively in English and Japanese

• 人事または関連分野の学士号
• 人材管理や社員関係における経験
• 日本語と英語での効果的なコミュニケーション能力
