【Senior Software Engineer】Salary: ¥20M+

Our client is seeking a talented Senior Backend Engineer to design and develop scalable backend systems while collaborating with international engineering and product teams. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex technical challenges in a cloud-native environment and contribute to the evolution of high-impact products.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs
• Lead technical projects from architecture design through implementation and deployment
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders across global teams
• Build reliable, maintainable, and high-performance systems
• Improve engineering practices, system architecture, and development processes

Requirements:

• 7+ years of hands-on backend engineering experience
• Fluent Japanese and business-level English communication skills
• Strong backend development experience with one or more of the following: Java, Kotlin, Go, Rust, Scala, C#, OR C++
• Experience designing distributed systems and scalable architectures
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms and modern backend technologies
• Experience working with databases and API-driven systems
• Experience in a regulated or complex business environment is a plus
