職務内容
- 日本およびAPAC地域における採用活動の企画・実行
- Hiring Managerと連携したポジション要件定義、Job Description作成・更新
- 求人広告作成、求人媒体・SNS・紹介・イベント等を活用した母集団形成
- 採用KPI、コスト管理およびレポーティング
- タレントパイプラインの構築および中長期的な関係構築
- オファー条件の調整・交渉、オンボーディング支援
- 採用市場トレンドの把握およびプロセス改善
